In this 3-hour workshop, we will introduce and explore the practice of Authentic Relating.
The group will be led through a series of carefully crafted and expertly guided authentic relating activities designed to make connecting meaningful and easeful.
This workshop is designed to be engaging and valuable for both beginners and experienced participants.
Come play, be inspired, make new friends, and discover how nourishing it can be in connection with other conscious humans.
