This 3-hour interactive workshop is a unique opportunity for mental health practitioners to step away from the demands of their professional roles and nourish themselves on a soul level.

Designed exclusively for therapists, counselors, and other mental health professionals, the workshop invites you to leave small talk behind and engage in deeper, heart-centered connections with fellow practitioners.

Through a series of relational practices and guided experiences, you’ll create meaningful, authentic interactions that foster a sense of belonging and replenishment.

This time is for you to reconnect with your own heart, experience true emotional support, and rediscover the power of human connection—just for the sake of being you. In this safe and nourishing space, we will honor each other’s humanity, offering the care and presence that we often give to others but rarely receive ourselves.

Come as you are, and leave feeling replenished and deeply grounded in your own being.

What past participants are saying:

“I enjoyed enlightening conversations with new people in a safe place.”

“Being there was amazing! Hearing other people's stories and finally realizing I'm not alone,  gave me that sense of connection I was seeking.  I had never done anything like that and I was afraid I was gonna be too scared to share, but your guidance made everything smooth.”

“It pushes you out of your comfort zone, keeps you sharp and teaches you how to be present to yourself and others.”
