Make space for yourself to feel seen and heard.
Whether you are having a tough day, needing an empathetic ear, or want to get something "off your chest", Compassion Calls are a safe & confidential space for you to express whatever is going on in your world.
You share, we listen.
Calls are up to 20-minute long video chats and are scheduled at your convenience with an empathetic listener.
What happens during a call?
You will have uninterrupted time to share whatever is on your mind. Our listener offers reflections, impacts, curiosities as well as what they noticed in you during your share. Not interested in hearing from the listener? That's ok, too! The time is yours to spend as you'd like.
Please note: these calls are not therapy or a replacement for therapy. If you are in crisis, contact 1-800-273-8255 (National Suicide Lifeline) or talk to a therapist or mental health professional.
