In this 2-hour workshop, we will introduce and explore the practice of Authentic Relating.

 

The group will be led through a series of carefully crafted and expertly guided authentic relating activities designed to make connecting meaningful and easeful.

This workshop is designed for beginners of the practice, though those who are experienced are welcome to join, too!

 

If you are experienced in practice already, you might also enjoy our 1-Day Workshop.

Come play, be inspired, make new friends, and discover how nourishing it can be in connection with other conscious humans.

COVID Protocol: We will be in close contact during this workshop, this won't be a socially distanced event. We invite you to take whatever precautions you feel you need for your own health and safety. 

If as of 1 week before the workshop, you or anyone in your household has flu-like symptoms, tested positive for COVID or been exposed to anyone who has, please stay home.

Rachel Whitworth considers herself a “connection catalyst”. That is, she has devoted her life to bringing people together and teaching them how to co-create more meaningful connection.


She regularly leads a number of connection workshops and classes in the Philadelphia area for making new friends, dating, as well as opportunities to explore deeper platonic connections.


She received her Authentic Leadership training by The Connection Movement (NYC). She is also certified in The Relational Inquiry Method by The Connection Institute (Boston) and a Certified Mediator by the Living Peace Institute (Philadelphia).
