It's not about the nail

I just came across this video again. It's an old favorite of mine.


It's a comedy skit (under 2 mins long).


When I think about it, I'm pretty sure seeing this video for the first time years ago was, not only validating for me (OMG, that's me!) but also the beginning of me realizing that I wanted more in my friendships and relationships: just to be heard and seen in my struggles - even if they were silly or "obvious to fix".


(Note: I think this comedian insinuates it's gender-specific, though I believe it's more universal than that.)
