What is the Heard community?

What is Heard
We are a community of compassionate people who value being in connection with one another. People who want to see and be seen in whatever is present.
We hold weekly sessions where members take turns sharing and listening with a specific focus on practicing conscious communication skills.
What Heard isn't:
Heard is not a place for advice, fixing or diagnosing others.
Heard is not therapy or a replacement for therapy.
If you are in crisis, contact 1-800-273-8255 (National Suicide Lifeline) or talk to a therapist or mental health professional.

Whether you are having a tough day, needing an empathetic ear, or want to get something off your chest, our sessions are a safe & confidential space for you to express whatever is going on in your world.
